Yesterday, the Permanent Representative of Germany to the Office of the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Dr. Katharina Stasch, hosted a reception in honor of Germany’s candidacy for the ITU Council and the candidacy of Dr. Thomas Zielke as Director Standardization for the ITU-TSB in her residence in Geneva.

During this fantastic evening Zielke had the chance to present his candidacy to around 90 participants at the reception, including sector members of the ITU and staff members of the United Nations in Geneva. Special thanks go to Dr. Franziska Brantner, the Parliamentary State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), for her welcoming remarks and interesting exchange.
